Refund policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All return enquiries must be sent to enquiries4kidz@outlook.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns of any of the following must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition it left the store (bedding, clothing, toys, books, dinnerware).

The returns must be sent back to us with all packaging intact  in an "as new" condition that you would expect to receive an item in.  Bedding/Clothing items MUST BE FOLDED - items returned "inside out", rolled or in an unfolded state CANNOT BE REFUNDED.  Such items will be returned to you at your expense.

All Returns MUST have a tracking number as proof of postage and delivery back to 4Kidz.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and refunded to your card.  If your refund has not been completed within 2 weeks, please contact us and we'll follow it up for you.

 


Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  1. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and refunded to your card.  If your refund has not been completed within 2 weeks, please contact us and we'll follow it up for you.

  2. Refunds for returned items will exclude shipping costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
